From setup to production: the software workflow
1 — Log in with the permissions assigned to your role.
2 — Select or create the dosing recipe.
3 — Prime the fluid path and run guided calibration.
4 — Run the dose or the configured production sequence.

Add Batch / Lot Management for work orders and lot association, gravimetric control for weight checks, and Audit Trail / EBR for the agreed event and production records.

Browse the real screens for recipes, calibration and lots. Interface examples are shown in Italian; screens and enabled functions depend on the supplied version and configuration.
SOFTWARE BUILT AROUND YOUR WORKFLOW

Choose what your process needs.

INCLUDED — Dosing control, guided calibration, recipes and user access.

OPTIONAL — QR badge login, Audit Trail, Batch / Lot, EBR and gravimetric functions.

ON PROJECT — Connectivity, custom workflows and validation support.

Start with the core platform. Add the capabilities required by your application and confirm the final scope for your pump.

Set up once. Return to a defined process.

Included · Control Basic, recipes and user access
DOSING CONTROL
Set the dose, speed and operating parameters from the integrated touchscreen. Select HMI, pedal or timed operation where enabled. Manual functions support priming and fluid recovery.

RECIPES AND CALIBRATION
Create and recall dosing setups, follow guided calibration and manage recipe revisions. Draft, Protected and Obsolete states support the transition from setup to a controlled production recipe.

USER ACCESS
Individual accounts and configurable permissions define which functions an operator can use. QR badge login is available as an optional module.

Give your production a record

Optional · Batch / Lot, event records and EBR
WORK ORDERS AND LOTS
Associate production with a work order, lot and protected recipe revision when Batch / Lot Management is enabled.

EVENT RECORDS
Review timestamped operator and system events. The recorded event scope, retention and review requirements are defined for the application. Audit Trail is an optional module.

ELECTRONIC BATCH RECORD
Add production reports and PDF / CSV exports where included in the selected modules. EBR availability and its Batch / Lot dependencies are confirmed in the configuration.

QR badge login is a separate option. The interface shown is an operating example; screens vary by version and permissions.
Plan your software configuration

Measure. Verify. Recalibrate.

Optional · Gravimetric control and recalibration
GUIDED CALIBRATION
Prime the fluid path, perform the calibration dose and confirm the measured quantity. With a compatible connected balance, the software can read the measurement as part of the configured procedure.

WEIGHT-BASED PRODUCTION CHECKS
Optional gravimetric operation supports container tare checks and comparison of the net dispensed quantity with the defined target and tolerance. Balance model, resolution and operating sequence are selected for the application.

RECALIBRATION
Calibration reminders and any dynamic recalibration functions are defined in the supplied software configuration. Dynamic Recalibration is a separate option whose scope is agreed for the project.

Software modules at a glance
Included, optional and project-specific capabilities
INCLUDED · THE DOSING FOUNDATION
E-Lab Control Basic — pump operation, manual parameter setup and guided calibration.
Recipe Management — save dosing setups and recall their parameters.
User Access Control — individual login and configurable access levels.

OPTIONAL · PRODUCTION AND TRACEABILITY
Badge Access — operator login by QR badge.
Audit Trail — timestamped events, parameter changes and recipe modification history.
Batch / Lot Management — work orders and production lot association.
Electronic Batch Record — production records, operator association and configured PDF / CSV exports.

OPTIONAL · WEIGHT-BASED CONTROL
Gravimetric Control — compatible balance integration for calibration and configured weight verification.
Dynamic Recalibration — a separately defined module, with operating scope agreed for the application.

SERVICES AND CONNECTIVITY
Remote Service & Monitoring — remote diagnostics, update capability and backup, where enabled in the supplied configuration.
12-Month Update Service — separately agreed software updates, bug fixes and improvements for the supplied configuration.
Industrial Connectivity — project-specific SQL data exchange with external systems.
Custom Development — application-specific functions and workflows, subject to feasibility and agreed scope.

Module availability, dependencies and inclusions are confirmed in the quotation for the selected pump. Remote access capability does not automatically include the annual update service.

GMP application & validation support

OPTIONAL · PROJECT-SPECIFIC SUPPORT
For regulated applications, define the software and validation scope around your user requirements, process risks and supplied software version.

The agreed package can include an access-rights matrix, controlled recipe workflows, audit-trail requirements and review, lot traceability, data retention, backup and restore testing, and supporting specifications and test documentation.

Electronic signatures and any specific regulatory requirements are assessed separately. Enabling software modules alone does not establish GMP compliance: qualification and validation of the intended use are defined with your quality team.
