Personal data of website viewers communicated/acquired browsing the website may be processed for:

• the purpose of completion, management, execution of the contract as well as pre-contractual or after-service assistance and the legal basis of user consent or performance of a contract or compliance with a legal obligation (art. 6.1 letters a, b, c, EU Reg. no. 2016/679)
• the purpose of protection of the rights of the data controller and direct marketing and the legal basis of legitimate interest of promotion of the business activity and protection of the company's or third parties assets (art. 6.1 letters b, c, f EU Reg. no. 2016/679).

Personal data will be processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner and stored in archives within the European Union for the duration provided for by law and in any case for a period that ensures the exercise of the rights of the data controller.

Personal data may be communicated for the above specified purposes to partner companies/external collaborators, entities operating in the administrative, accounting, legal and in general to all those public and private entities to which the communication is necessary for the management of the contractual relationship and/or the defence of the rights of the data controller.

• right to obtain restriction of processing;
• right to revoke consent;
• right to object, in whole or in part for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data even if pertinent to the purpose of collection as well as to the sending of advertising material.
