This project? A true "Mission Impossible."
When Paradigma kicked off on July 26, 2024, they faced significant challenges:
- No radio modules in stock
- The need to design custom parts
- Communication protocols to develop from scratch
With summer holidays in full swing, securing production lines and suppliers was an additional challenge. Obstacles were everywhere, but giving up was never an option.
The Paradigma team reorganized their entire workflow, reallocated resources, adapted their lab, and fully committed to the project—all while managing three other missions in parallel.
An exceptional achievement
- By September 16, 2024, the system was ready to ship.
- By October 8, 2024, it was integrated into the satellite.
More than technical excellence—this is pure determination.
This achievement is a testament to unwavering motivation, seamless teamwork, passion, sacrifice, and absolute professionalism. No one held back, and everyone gave their best effort.
The result? A plug & play, fully customized, and miniaturized 2U system featuring:
- Dual-band, dual circular polarized horn antenna
- Extended K/Ka Band Transceiver module
- Highly programmable SDR Modem
Engmotion is incredibly proud to have supported Paradigma with our CNC technology and technical expertise.
Congratulations to the entire Paradigma team on this groundbreaking success.
